WHAT DO BOTH PARTIES AGREE TO:

1. The price sold by the distributor must be equal to or higher than our retail guide price. Otherwise, we will stop the contract with the distributor.

2. If the distributor sells online, please provide the link to JF.EGWO for an archive.

3. If the distributor sells offline, please provide the store address to JF.EGWO for an archive.

4. After the distributor places an order on the website, JF.EGWO will deliver the goods within 24 hours. And provide the order tracking number query (if there is any change, it is necessary to communicate with the distributor by email as soon as possible).

5. JF.EGWO is responsible for the after-sales service of the products with a 12-MONTH warranty.

6. The price above includes shipping, and the distributor can receive the goods within 3-5 days.

7. There is no minimum quantity, JF.EGWO will ship the order for even one unit.

8. JF.EGWO does not ship to the following: Puerto Rico, Alaska, Guam, Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Marshall Islands, and U.S. Minor Outlying Islands.
