How long does delivery take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location you select. You can expect your order to be processed within 3-7 working days after it is placed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track your package's progress.

 

Where does JFEGWO ship to?

We have many warehouses around the world, and we will choose a priority warehouse location to ship based on your location and our warehouse inventory.

 

How will my delivery be shipped?

We have a variety of shipping carriers we use including LTL Freight, UPS, FedEx, USPS (United States Postal Service), DHL, and more.

 

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

 

Undeliverable Packages

 If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost for the package to be reshipped.

 

What do I need to do when I received a different product than what I ordered?

If you are within the 24-month warranty period, you can deal with it by repairing it. Fill Out the Warranty Registration.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 If any of your items are damaged due to reasons not covered under the original product warranty, we cannot accept them back for a refund. Shipping fees are not refundable. Please remember, this policy only applies to JFEGWO products sold directly from our JFEGWO webstore and does not apply to other JFEGWO resellers.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@jfegwo.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to contact info@jfegwo.com for the return address and post the item to the address, once the return is accepted, we will arrange a replacement shortly for you.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

PayPal payments

You can connect your PayPal, credit card, debit card or bank account to PayPal for purchasing some of our products. After submitting an order, you will be redirected to PayPal to complete the transaction.

1.Log into your PayPal account or use Credit Card Express;
2.Enter your card details and  click “Submit”;
3.Your payment will be processed and an invoice will be sent to your e-mail address;

NOTE: Your order will be shipped to your PayPal address. Please ensure that it is correct and complete.

 

Credit or Debit card payments


We can accept credit cards as a payment method.

How to pay with a credit card:
1) Select your shipping address or create a new one;
2) Enter your card details and click “Submit”;
3) Your payment will be processed and a receipt will be sent to your e-mail address.

NOTE:

- You can try to pay for your order by using a credit card only 9 times per day (Greece ≤15 times) in order to protect the security of your personal data. If several of your attempts have failed, please try again in 24 hours or use another payment method like PayPal;
